Senior Project Manager
You will plan, organize, and execute engineered-to-order modular data center building projects. You will translate customer requirements into scope, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate engineering, procurement, production, and accounting, control changes and risks, manage permits, lead teams, maintain customer relationships, and ensure quality and safety compliance through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on modular data center design
- Define project goals and develop strategic plans
- Manage financial budgets and project timelines
- Coordinate estimating, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams
- Manage customer relationships, scope, and stakeholder accountability
- Report and forecast project budgets
- Identify and mitigate scope creep, risks, and design changes
- Execute change control strategies, risk logs, action logs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Guide and mentor team members
- Allocate internal and external resources
- Improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, operational standards, ISO 9001:2015, and safety regulations
- Manage project permits and licensing requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing
- Experience in construction, electrical project management, or modular building manufacturing
- Knowledge of building and electrical codes
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience managing change on complex or first-of-a-kind projects
- Proficiency with waterfall and agile scheduling methodologies
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6
- Ability to forecast and manage project budgets
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems
- Ability to pass required safety-sensitive employment programs
