Main Responsibilities
As a vital member of the program leadership team, you will lead a strategic delivery stream, collaborating across business, engineering, architecture, and external partners.
Lead delivery of a critical workstream within a enterprise data transformation.
Drive execution across multiple teams while managing dependencies, risks, and governance.
Foster strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Shape the roadmap, challenge decisions as necessary, and influence program direction.
Generate clarity, energy, and momentum within a fast-paced transformation environment.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
Hands-on experience delivering modern data platforms with technologies such as Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar.
Strong understanding of data engineering, migration, and modern data architectures.
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset capable of navigating complexity and ambiguity.

Experience working in a financial AM environment.
