An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large and complex organisation undertaking a significant transformation programme focused on modernising the systems, processes and services that support its people. The programme spans HR, payroll, workforce management, wellbeing, business readiness and operational transition initiatives, delivering meaningful improvements across the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical transformation initiatives and workstreams. You will take ownership of project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and successful delivery through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations.
Working closely with senior leaders, SMEs, vendors and change teams, you will play a key role in ensuring programme outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and with strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation, corporate services, workforce, HR or people-related projects.
• Strong project management expertise across planning, governance, budgeting, reporting, risk and dependency management.
• Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, vendors and operational teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience within the public sector, highly regulated or operational environments will be highly regarded.
