Project

• Deliver technology initiatives in a complex financial sector environment by coordinating business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements, monitor delivery progress, and support strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate end to end project execution from planning through closure.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Facilitate governance and approval processes in line with internal policies and regulations.
• Report progress, identify risks early, and escalate them to ensure predictable delivery.
• Lead change management and follow Core Technology change processes.

• Hybrid work from Gdańsk, with 2 or 3 days per week from the office, and flexible work organization.
• International Scandinavian environment, daily English use, work life balance, training financed by Jit, and regular integration meetings.

• Proven experience leading technology projects.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with financial and resource management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Advanced presentation skills.
• Advanced English for work in international teams.

• Experience with banking or financial services projects.
• Understanding of Information Security risks in financial organizations.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, vulnerability identification, and remediation.
• Relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.
