Job Description:

• Coordinating Staff, Equipment, Materials, And Other Resources Needed To Complete Projects On Time.
• Analysing Project Requirements To Develop A Schedule That Meets The Company Needs And Constraints.
• Assist In Project Risk And Opportunities Management, Including Schedule Risk Identification And Mitigation.
• Coordinating With Project Managers To Ensure All Deliverable Meet Quality Standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management, including planning/scheduling, cost management, contract management, change management: preferably in data center industries
• Prior experience in high value, hi-tech, greenfield construction projects
• Ability to lead project controls effort within an operational area of the business to meet organisational objectives
• Significant knowledge and experience with Engineering and Construction, preferably from a data center projects background
