This 6-month contract as a Senior Project Manager will see you lead the delivery of a Contract Management System replacement and Oracle Procurement uplift, ensuring successful vendor management, system integration, business testing coordination, and vendor-led training delivery. This role will drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end implementation to achieve business outcomes and a seamless transition to the new solution.
We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment that blends remote work with on-site presence as needed to meet key deliverables. Please note, this role will be engaged as a contractor, on assignment at The Lottery Corporation through Hudson Talent Solutions.
What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Contract Management System replacement and Oracle Procurement uplift projects.
Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate system integration activities across technology, business, and external vendor teams.
Partner with business stakeholders to plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring business readiness and timely issue resolution.
Oversee and coordinate vendor-led training activities, supporting adoption and transition to the new solution.
Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll bring
Proven experience delivering large-scale technology transformation or enterprise system implementation projects.
Strong vendor management capability, including oversight of implementation partners and third-party suppliers.
Demonstrated experience managing complex system integrations across multiple teams and platforms.
Experience coordinating business-led testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, technology teams, vendors, and business users.
Extensive project management experience supported by PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent project delivery credentials.
Experience delivering Oracle Procurement, ERP, Contract Management Systems, or similar enterprise platform implementations is highly desirable.
