Currently, we are expanding our Advanced Service Management Team dedicated to implementing innovative healthcare solutions for one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. So far, we have created a team of 40 SMs/PMs and we envision recruiting many more.
As a Senior Project Manager in the Global organisation, you will be accountable for successfully leading complex, high-impact transformation programs, and driving the successful adoption of initiatives.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in senior project and change management, with a proven track record of leading complex, strategic transformation initiatives within fast-changing, international environments.
- Robust experience navigating and influencing within complex, global matrix organization structures, with the ability to mobilize cross-functional and multi-departmental teams.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum methodologies) and Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) are highly advantageous.
- Extensive experience leveraging diverse project management frameworks and change management methodologies across large-scale transformation initiatives, including a change advisory role for the people side of change to drive organizational adoption.
- Knowledge of medical devices and biotechnological development processes is an advantage.
- Proven track record of interacting with diverse stakeholder groups in challenging scenarios, demonstrating excellent influencing, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, alongside the ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits.
- Highly structured, goal-oriented, and team-focused, with strong business acumen and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Fluency in English (at least C1).
- A big-picture thinker who navigates complex system interdependencies and skillfully orchestrates alignment, impact, and synergy across various global initiatives.
