Senior QA engineer role focused on test automation, framework development on a .NET stack, code review, and mentoring junior/middle engineers, working with a leading global CRO (Contract Research Organization) that provides Phase I-IV clinical trial management and market access solutions.
Job Description
Experience in Software Testing: 4+
Experience in Test Automation: 1+
Experience guiding junior/middle QA engineers and driving the testing activities.
Functional Testing
Basic understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, tools like Postman, Swagger, and browser dev tools
Software design basics - OOP, Page Object Model
Hands-on experience with different types of test automation
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Experience in software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Proven test design skills
Deep understanding of modern test automation patterns and standards
Understanding of OOD
Effective time management
Fluent in spoken and written English
Will be a plus:
CI/CD setup experience

Job Responsibilities
Participate in the creation of critical project-level artifacts
Create/improve custom frameworks and tools (.Net stack)
Perform code review
Investigate issues to provide accurate and reproducible info to the dev team
Strictly follow QMS procedures and processes
Provide status reports on time
Participate in QA Initiatives, collaborate with other test engineers
