Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
• Position Title: Senior QA Executive
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, production processes, finished products, and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and SFA requirements.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare complaint investigation, inspection, audit, and quality reports.
• Conduct internal audits and support external and customer audits.
• Coordinate laboratory testing and follow up on abnormal results.
• Maintain quality records, SOPs, specifications, and food safety documents.
• Support product recalls, production trials, and process improvements.
• Provide food safety, hygiene, and GMP training.
• Work with Production and Warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and SFA requirements.
• Experience in customer complaint investigation, audits, CAPA, and report writing.
• Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
