Senior QA / Quality Engineer

Define, improve, and maintain QA processes across multiple projects
Design test strategies and test plans based on project risks and requirements
Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and API testing
Identify risks early and proactively prevent quality issues
Work closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and customers
Help teams improve quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Contribute to test automation initiatives and quality tooling
Improve release readiness and deployment confidence
Promote a quality-first mindset within the organization

At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies
Experience with functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing
Experience testing APIs and backend systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills in English

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices;
Experience working in custom software development or software agencies;
A basic understanding of software architecture, databases, and integrations.
