Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Tuas)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Department: Quality assurance department

Reports to: Quality assurance manager

Functional relationships:

• Li-ion battery quality assurance in Japan

• Li-ion battery quality control in Japan

POSITION PROFILE:

This position is to propel any activities related quality control/assurance for our products with highly specialized process & product quality knowledge.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop local QA members and update QMS effectively

• Window person to mother factory/business division to facilitate effective communication/knowledge updating

• Implement world-wide effective horizontal deployment

• Open mind and good people interaction

• Policy, strategy alignment and coordination of PJT by collaborating with head quarter or other group company

• To initiate periodical meetings with head quarter or other group company to solve problems in own Division

Ability/Competency required:

• To hold bachelor’s degree or master's degree in engineering or science field (or related to certificate that we shared)

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in electronic manufacturing industry.

• To have deep & specialized quality knowledge in our products and to be able to fully utilize it in actual job for improvement.

• To have logical thinking, analytical skill and good engineering sense.

• To have strong mind-set for change and improvement with CFT team.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, project management skills, and troubleshooting skills.

• To have networking ability with our product related functions

• Statistical analysis experience by using tools (JMP,etc)
