We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Talent Manager to join our team and support our exclusive clients. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with periodic quarterly travel for team meet-ups and client meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent management, preferably within the finance or mortgage sector.
  
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Job Boards, and CRM systems.
  
• Willingness to travel quarterly for team meet-ups and client meetings.
