Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the healthcare domain to support our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, qualification, and nurturing, contributing to overall business growth through effective sales funnel management.
Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Funnel Development & Support:
- Assist in building and managing the sales pipeline Identify potential leads and support business development initiatives Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversion strategies
2. Outreach & Prospect Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects Introduce company services (Healthcare / RCM / related services) Maintain strong communication with potential clients
3. Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
4. Data Management & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems Track outreach, responses, and conversion metrics Prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
5. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong call handling and active listening abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and funnel management
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting Proven ability to meet targets in a sales-driven environment Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
6. IT Skills:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) CRM tools (preferred) Familiarity with calling tools / dialers.
7. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) Prior experience in Healthcare / RCM / BPO sales is a plus
