Senior Sales Coordinator (Engineer) :

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to oversee and manage projects related to Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution, and liaising between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
This role requires project management skills, technical knowledge of UPS systems, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate UPS system projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery
Work closely with sales, presales, procurement, and installation teams to align project objectives and deliverables
Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans
Prepare and present project progress reports, documentation, and performance metrics to management

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in project coordination within the UPS, power, or electrical engineering industry
Strong understanding of UPS systems
Familiarity with project management and procurement processes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
