Senior Sales Director
You will lead multi-million-dollar sales opportunities, navigate technical and executive stakeholders through complex sales cycles, build relationships with CTOs and AI leaders, shape pricing and product strategy, partner with Solutions Engineering and Product teams, and manage pipeline forecasting and deal execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-million-dollar sales opportunities
- Navigate technical, financial, and executive stakeholders
- Close long-term infrastructure deals
- Build relationships with CTOs, AI leaders, and founders
- Support customer training and inference roadmaps
- Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and product direction
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Cloud teams
- Build and manage the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate forecasts and disciplined deal execution
Requirements
- Experience building and leading geographically distributed Account Executive teams
- Consistent history of exceeding quota
- Experience closing large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Experience selling technical, platform, or developer-adjacent products
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution
- Experience scaling sales teams and go-to-market motions in high-growth environments
- Ability to influence C-suite executives, VPs, and founders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering
