Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for generating group, corporate, government, association, and leisure business for DoubleTree by Hilton Berkeley Marina. This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals while promoting the hotel's services and facilities. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and other hotel departments to maximize occupancy, meeting space utilization, and overall profitability while delivering exceptional guest service consistent with Hilton and Crescent Hotels & Resorts standards.
