Senior Sales Operation Specialist
The Sales Operations Specialist will be a critical link between our sales team and our customers, managing all post-sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is responsible for the entire sales operations cycle, from invoice follow-up to final delivery, including in-depth sales analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with exceptional organizational skills and a mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Order & Invoice Management: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process after a sale is confirmed. This includes processing orders, generating invoices, and diligently following up on payments to ensure timely collections.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed sales reports to track performance against KPIs. Provide actionable insights on sales trends, product performance, and regional results to support strategic decision-making.
- Delivery Coordination: Create, manage, and optimize delivery schedules in coordination with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of products.
- Status Monitoring: Proactively track the status of all orders and deliveries, providing timely updates to the sales team and customers, and resolving any potential issues or delays.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the post-sales workflow and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of all operational tasks.
- Leadership & Support: Act as a key resource for the sales team, providing operational support and guidance to help them achieve their targets.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a sales operations, sales support, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Proficiency in Excel, Leadership and Communication skills.
