- Successfully completed university studies in computer science or a comparable field.
- Experience working as a Salesforce Developer in a complex business or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality, including configuration, custom development, automation, data models, and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions and lead technical discussions.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Openness to work in a hybrid model and visit the Katowice office regularly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
