Senior Security Certification Expert

You will own the PCI certification portfolio for the Payments Solution, maintain certification inventories, track deadlines and re-evaluation windows, coordinate external assessors, guide engineering teams on compliance, maintain assessment documentation, and contribute to payment-security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCI certifications for the Payments Solution
• Maintain an inventory of PCI certifications across hardware, software, and solution-level certifications
• Track expiry dates, re-evaluation windows, and delta certification triggers
• Prepare engineering teams for audit cycles
• Coordinate QSAs and external assessors
• Prepare assessment materials and coordinate interviews
• Guide engineers during vulnerability analysis and threat modeling
• Translate compliance requirements into engineering tasks
• Maintain security documentation for assessments
• Represent Adyen in PCI SSC working groups and industry forums

Requirements

• Expertise in PCI frameworks and standards including PIN/KMO, P2PE, PTS-POI, MPoC, and SSF
• Experience orchestrating complex compliance pipelines
• Technical fluency with hardware and software engineering
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• PCI ISA certification is advantageous
