Senior Site Design Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Position Type: Full-Time (5-day work week) Salary: 26,000 AED per month Company: Large International Design Studio Sector: Residential Interior Design About the Role Our client, a renowned international design studio, is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Site Design Manager to oversee a prestigious high-end residential project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of bridging the gap between creative design intent and flawless on-site execution. Key Responsibilities * Site Supervision & Management: Take full ownership of on-site design operations, ensuring all residential interior works are executed to the highest international quality standards. * Design Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the design studio, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on site to resolve technical and aesthetic queries promptly. * Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes align strictly with approved design specifications and drawings. * Progress Tracking: Monitor site progress against schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track. * Problem Solving: Address and resolve site-specific design and construction challenges creatively and efficiently without compromising the design vision. * Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on site progress, quality benchmarks, and coordination matters.

Key Requirements & Qualifications * Experience: Extensive professional experience managing and supervising large-scale, high-end residential interior design projects on site. * Industry Background: Proven track record working within reputable design studios, main contractors, or fit-out firms handling luxury residential developments. * Location Experience: Prior working experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of local regulations, suppliers, and site practices. * Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret complex interior design drawings, details, and MEP coordination plans. * Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse site teams under tight deadlines.
