Senior Software Developer
The Senior Software Developer works with both IT and business partners to deliver high-quality, well-tested database applications that meet the company's needs. Candidates will have a history of delivering database-centric applications that scale to business needs. Translates business requirements into functional database processes and works with database administrators to ensure optimal performance of database integrations. This position requires strong coding skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
- 6+ years of software development experience using C# and .NET.
- 5+ years of experience supporting MLM, direct-selling, or network marketing compensation systems.
- Experience with high-volume financial transaction processing systems.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET Core / .NET 8+
- ASP.NET Core
- SQL Server
- Entity Framework
- REST APIs
- Strong expertise with:
- Distributed systems
- Microservices architecture
- Message queues
- Azure Cloud Services
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git/Azure DevOps
- Experience with:
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools such as Application Insights
- Automated testing frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing configurable compensation plan rule engines.
- Experience with MLM platforms
- Knowledge of direct-selling regulations and global commission practices.
- Experience supporting multinational commission programs.
- Familiarity with accounting, payouts, ACH processing, taxation, and financial controls.
