Senior Software Engineer
HiOperator is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in the customer service industry by delivering large and complex features, owning significant sections of our codebase, and working across the entire technical stack, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, and machine learning integrations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build API integrations with various CRMs and custom applications using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC
- Develop UI features to support new service offerings
- Maintain 99% platform uptime
- Manage the DevOps pipeline
- Deploy machine learning models
- Build and manage the observability platform for LLMs
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of engineering experience
- Are a polyglot who enjoys learning and can clearly explain technical concepts to others
- Are collaborative and thrive in a team environment
- Have empathy and understand the importance of customer experience
- Have experience working with Apple products (a plus)
Total Compensation
The projected annual salary is $120,000+ per year.
