Senior Software Engineer

The Role
We’re hiring 3–4 Senior Software Engineers to help us scale. As part of a small, high-impact team, you will:

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to design solutions for SMB financial challenges

• Own the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and production

• Refine engineering processes, tools, and systems to support scale and productivity

• Shape Affiniti’s engineering culture and contribute beyond your core responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
Seniority

• 3+ years as a full-stack software engineer

• Experience at an early-stage startup

• Former founding engineer or startup founder a plus

Work Background

• Prior role at a VC-backed tech/SaaS company or top quant firm

• Strong internships during undergrad

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a Top 25 CS program

Technical Skills

• Full-stack development (JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, Express, GCP)

• SQL database schema design expertise
