Senior Software Engineer in Test

providers and payors deliver the highest quality of care.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to drive test automation and quality best
practices across our platform. You’ll partner closely with our quality engineers, software
developers, product managers, and information security team to ensure our software meets
the highest standards for reliability and security to serve our patients and customers.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines quality strategy, scalable technical execution,
process/change management, and mentorship. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable
working thoughtfully through complex technical challenges as they are leading change.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks; create technical
- solutions, documentation, and training resources to allow our QA engineers to
- easily create scenarios within these frameworks
- Own end-to-end test strategy for our platform, including functional, integration,
- regression, performance, and security testing
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with our platform
- engineering team
- Perform load, stress, and performance testing on high-throughput processes
- Mentor QA engineers; drive engineering-wide best practices for testability and
- quality
- Perform investigation with root cause analysis, and close the loop with new
- automated coverage
