Senior Software Engineer Security
You will design, build, and deploy scalable services, platforms, and tools for product security controls, PKI, and secrets management. You will automate security risk management, develop security telemetry and risk pipelines, build metrics and dashboards, and own reliable production systems through design, development, testing, CI/CD deployment, documentation, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy scalable distributed software components and security controls
- Engineer and maintain PKI and secrets management solutions
- Develop security telemetry and risk posture data pipelines
- Build metrics engines, real-time dashboards, and automated insights pipelines
- Partner with platform engineering and security experts to deliver operational solutions
- Conduct code reviews, automated testing, technical documentation, and operational monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical job experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Production experience with Go
- 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production
- Experience building high-QPS distributed applications or microservices
- Hands-on experience operating in AWS or GCP
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Experience with structured data flows, event-driven architectures, access control models, and third-party API integrations
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Experience with PKI infrastructure and secrets managers such as HashiCorp Vault
