Senior Solution Architect

The Senior Solution Architect in this Go-to-Market specialty is responsible for identifying, developing, and assessing SAP opportunities for potential engagement. The role requires deep knowledge of SAP solutions, market trends, and business challenges, as well as the ability to build executive and senior management relationships. The architect collaborates with internal teams, partners, and external consultants to assess opportunities, determine engagement strategies, and recommend whether to engage, disqualify, or refer opportunities. Success is measured through contract signings and pipeline of well-qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and qualify SAP opportunities for engagement
  

• Define solution architecture and provide configuration and system setup guidance in SAP SOLMAN
  

• Analyze business challenges and recommend SAP solutions
  

• Lead project execution, ensuring architectural and delivery excellence
  

• Build relationships with executives and senior management in client organizations
  

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize solution delivery
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications:

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience
  

• SAP SOLMAN Certification
  

• Experience in SOLMAN system configuration, solution definition, and project execution
  

• Proven project architecture and delivery leadership
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced, senior-level professional
  

• Ideally with Public Sector experience
  

• Based in Cape Town or able to work locally
