At Essential Data & Voice (EDV), we're making significant investments in our Genesys, AI and Customer Experience practice as part of our FY27 growth strategy.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect who wants to help shape the future of Customer Experience across Australia.

This isn't a traditional contact centre architecture role.

We're looking for someone who can help customers transform how they engage with customers and employees through:

• Genesys Cloud CX

• Experience Orchestration

• AI & Automation

• Customer Journey Design

• Omnichannel Engagement

• Integration & Cloud Architecture

You'll work alongside our sales, delivery and leadership teams to design innovative solutions, influence customer strategy, and help organisations unlock measurable business outcomes through modern CX technologies.
