Senior Solutions Architect FDE Intelligence

You will act as a trusted technical advisor from customer discovery through deployment and ongoing success. You will lead technical discovery, demonstrations, onboarding, API integrations, and customized fraud detection implementations. You will advise customers on fraud prevention, resolve technical issues, share feedback with Product and Engineering, and create scalable implementation resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops with Account Executives and Sales teams.
• Help customers evaluate fraud detection capabilities and align solutions with fraud prevention strategies.
• Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using AI-driven behavioral intelligence and risk signals.
• Lead technical onboarding, API integrations, and platform deployments.
• Collaborate with customer fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams to drive implementation and adoption.
• Advise customers on emerging fraud trends, scam typologies, and fraud prevention practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing solution guidance.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
• Document implementation practices and contribute to enablement resources.

Requirements

• Own proof of concepts end to end, including planning, defining success criteria, execution, and completion.
• Enable sales teams through training, product education, and technical support.
• Work across multiple products to bundle solutions and bridge knowledge gaps.
• Have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
• Have experience with fraud prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency solutions.
• Have experience integrating SaaS platforms through APIs and supporting technical implementations.
• Understand fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML, scam prevention, or risk management concepts.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple customer engagements.
