Seeking an experienced, highly collaborative Senior GTM Sourcer to join a Global Talent Acquisition team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building robust pipelines of top-tier passive talent across Go-To-Market (GTM) functions -- including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Field Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Revenue Operations.

Must Haves:
- 5+ years of dedicated sourcing/recruiting experience
- GTM recruiting experience, Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and/or Revenue Operations
- Tech or B2B SaaS background, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Strong passive candidate sourcing experience -- LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent mapping, etc.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, not just manage inbound applicants
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise SaaS or Workforce Management (WFM) / Human Capital Management (HCM) industries.
- Familiarity with candidate engagement automation tools and sourcing analytics dashboards.
