Senior Staff Software Engineer Managed Orchestration

You will provide technical leadership for cloud software and managed orchestration. You will define architecture, scale reliable infrastructure, and advance managed Kubernetes and AI training clusters. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering practices, evaluate tooling, mentor engineers, and own system architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable and resilient software development
• Provide technical leadership across teams

• Shape cloud software technical direction
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies
• Lead cross-functional engineering, product, and infrastructure initiatives
• Architect and operate managed Kubernetes and AI training clusters
• Mentor engineers through coaching and design reviews
• Own system architecture and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in systems engineering and large-scale distributed systems
• 3+ years of Go programming experience
• Extensive Kubernetes and Linux engineering experience
• Infrastructure as code expertise
• Experience with Terraform and GCP preferred
• Understanding of Argo, CI/CD, and automated testing pipelines
• Experience architecting Kubernetes operators and controllers
• Experience designing and operating systems comparable to GKE and EKS
• Exceptional communication skills
