Senior Staff Software Engineer Mobile Growth
You will own the engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives, shape requirements with product and business stakeholders, and build growth systems for funnel instrumentation, referrals, acquisition loops, and experimentation. You will make data-backed technical decisions, use AI coding tools, collaborate across markets, and mentor engineers while driving initiatives from planning through iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own the engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives
- Build and optimize funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks
- Translate commercial goals into data-backed engineering proposals
- Apply AI coding tools in engineering workflows
- Drive technical decisions for growth infrastructure
- Mentor engineers
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on growth engineering experience in a consumer-facing product
- Experience with funnel optimization, experiment frameworks, acquisition, or referral systems
- Understanding of mobile user retention and conversion
- Experience using AI tools in engineering workflows
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with mobile development or backend growth systems is advantageous
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork, ASO, referral systems, anti-fraud, or A/B experimentation is advantageous
