Senior Staff Specialist Procurement

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the global energy procurement strategy with a focus on green electricity sourcing
• Manage tendering activities for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs)and drive Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in close cooperation with global and site procurement teams
• Act as procurement business partner for APAC sites while ensuring alignment with global procurement objectives
• Take full ownership of global energy reporting and its accuracy and transparency
• Coordinate energy data collection across regions and provide insights to management and stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory and market developments in Malaysia and assess their impact on Infineon’s energy cost position

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in procurement, energy procurement, or category management
• Solid knowledge of renewable electricity sourcing instruments (EACs, PPAs)
• Experience in managing procurement relevant reporting and KPIs
• Strong analytical knowledge, especially in Excel and ideally in Tableau
• Structured and stakeholder oriented working style
• Fluency in English
