Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Develop and maintain the Product Information Management strategy in alignment with domain architects and the business objectives.
  • Own the PIM backlog and roadmap based on business strategy and priorities.
  • Develop and manage product information management metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, distribution and product development, to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
  • Derive and prioritize product information management services from product data governance framework and stakeholder business strategy.
  • Optimize the procedures of product information management, including creation, updates, and deletion by incorporating inputs from operations and business processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve product information issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Work with IT teams including multiple vendors to implement and maintain the product information management ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing and new sources and downstream consumers.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed


  • Experience: -
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in product information management, product data management or master data management in the manufacturing industry; ideally electronics.
  • Education: -
    - Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills: -
    - Strong understanding of product information management principles and practices.
    - Strong Stakeholder Management, excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    - Experience with delivering product increments in an agile to hybrid environment; ideally scrum or SAFe certified.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    - Strong ability to manage complexity in data, processes, interfaces and infrastructure
  • Language: -
    - Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group [fill employement group] (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.

[Leasing positions] We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position.
