Senior Strategy PMO / Project Manager (AI & Org Efficiency)
You will plan and execute company-level strategic initiatives across product, engineering, risk, growth, and operational transformation. You will translate strategies into roadmaps, improve governance, identify systemic inefficiencies, lead complex cross-functional programs, support AI transformation, coordinate AI pilots, build AI-enabled delivery frameworks, and provide executive updates.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of strategic initiatives
- Translate high-level strategies into executable roadmaps
- Establish and refine project governance frameworks
- Identify cross-team bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies
- Drive structural and scalable solutions
- Lead complex cross-functional programs
- Drive AI adoption across product and operational workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional AI pilots
- Scale AI best practices
- Build execution frameworks for AI-enabled delivery models
- Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Drive organizational alignment and execution clarity
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact project delivery
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in top-tier internet companies, global technology companies, scale-ups, fintech, trading, or platform-heavy organizations
- Track record delivering technically complex programs
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent execution skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with senior executives
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
