Senior Strategy PMO / Project Manager
You will drive company-level strategic initiatives across growth, platform risk, trading product experience, and organizational transformation. You will translate strategy into roadmaps, improve project governance, identify systemic bottlenecks, lead complex cross-functional programs, support AI transformation, coordinate AI pilots, build AI-enabled execution frameworks, and provide executive updates.

- Build execution frameworks for AI-enabled delivery models
- Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Drive organizational alignment and execution velocity
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact project or product delivery
- Strong independent thinking and critical reasoning
- Strong data analysis capability
- Ability to work with SQL, data queries, and dashboards
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in consulting, internet companies, investment banking, fintech, trading, or platform-heavy organizations
- Track record delivering technically or operationally complex programs
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent execution skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with senior executives
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
