Senior Strategy Project Manager, VIP/Institutions
You will support strategic initiatives for VIP and Institutional business growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities. You will develop execution roadmaps, use data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify opportunities and risks, improve governance and workflows, drive scalable solutions, support AI transformation, and provide executive updates.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional business growth
- Improve operational efficiency and client experience
- Develop scalable platform capabilities
- Translate strategies into execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms
- Use data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify opportunities and inefficiencies
- Identify performance drivers and execution risks
- Establish governance frameworks and execution cadences
- Improve organizational workflows
- Identify cross-functional bottlenecks
- Drive structural and scalable solutions
- Support company-wide AI transformation
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery models
- Use AI-assisted tools for data exploration and insight synthesis
- Provide executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, strategic operations, consulting, or high-impact project delivery
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to structure business problems and drive actionable insights using data and AI-assisted workflows
- Data literacy including metric definitions, attribution logic, and statistical interpretation
- Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in technology, consulting, fintech, platform, trading, or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong systems thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with senior executives
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong interest in AI-native ways of working
