We are recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to support a portfolio of exciting data, analytics, automation and AI initiatives
Working closely with business stakeholders, regional technology teams and external vendors, you'll play a key role in translating business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery across reporting, analytics and automation projects.

What you will be doing-

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions across multiple business functions.
• Map current and future-state business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and process documentation.
• Work closely with regional IT teams, delivery partners and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Support initiatives across data platforms, reporting, automation and AI.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and solution validation.
• Assist with change management activities, including user communications, training materials and adoption support.
• Ensure vendor-delivered solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with business expectations.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering data, reporting or analytics projects.
• Strong Power BI and SQL knowledge with the ability to review, validate and support reporting solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps and test scenarios.
• Exposure to UAT planning, execution and defect management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
