Senior Technical Recruiter
You manage full-cycle technical recruiting from intake meetings and sourcing through interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation. You define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, engage candidates, improve the hiring experience, use analytics to guide decisions, support onboarding, and share knowledge with other recruiters.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for engineering, product, design, or data roles preferred
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape and candidate market
- Fintech or payments experience appreciated
- Knowledge of the local San Francisco market appreciated
- Ability to use analytics to inform hiring strategies
- Ability to define structure and prioritize tasks
- Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies
- Ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool
