Job Summary
You will lead end-to-end test solutions, translating customer needs into technical offerings and verifying network system integration to deliver profitable Ericsson solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical test solutions aligned with customer needs and technology opportunities
- Prepare and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure solution quality
- Design detailed test cases and execute them to validate system functionality and performance
- Manage and track defects to resolution, ensuring quality standards are met
- Lead the testing team by assigning tasks and defects, and collate daily progress reports to maintain project visibility
- Execute and validate real-time traffic scenarios using Physical SIM and Device to ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate with business users to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving Ericsson network nodes
- Adhere to responsible business practices, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, environmental, occupational health and safety, information security, and privacy requirements using relevant processes and tools
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience including leadership as a Test Lead on large-scale telecommunications projects
- Domain expertise in Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Catalog Manager, and Ericsson Charging (EC)
