Senior Tester
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute complex test scenarios; mentor junior testers
- Design and review test cases
- Perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts
- Ensure test coverage and traceability
- Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Software Testing
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in test automation tools
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
