Senior UX Designer
UX Designer (Expert)
We’re looking for a skilled UX Designer to enhance user experiences across our dealer and customer platforms. You’ll also dedicate 50% of your time to improving the SPX (Sales and Purchasing Experience) system, collaborating with developers and the service owner to manage the backlog and optimize usability.
What You’ll Do:
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our dealer and customer platforms.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to enhance the SPX CRM system for dealer networks.
- Rapidly prototype designs using Figma for visualization and testing.
- Conduct user research & usability testing to drive informed design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
- Stay ahead of UX trends and best practices to improve our products continuously.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Figma proficiency for rapid prototyping.
- Strong user-centered design and research skills.
- Excellent collaboration & communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bonus: Knowledge of front-end development.
