Senior Web3 Full Stack Developer
You will design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and resilient systems across Rust and Nest.js backend services, Next.js web applications, and Subgraphs indexing. You will build, deploy, and maintain gas-efficient, upgradeable smart contracts using Solidity or CosmWasm. You will help manage and scale Kubernetes infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust monitoring and observability. You will translate business goals into a technical roadmap, make architectural decisions, solve complex cross-functional challenges, and mentor peers.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and resilient full-stack systems.
- Build and maintain Rust and Nest.js backend services, Next.js web applications, and Subgraphs indexers.
- Design, write, deploy, and maintain secure, gas-efficient, upgradeable smart contracts in Solidity or CosmWasm.
- Help manage and scale Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust monitoring and observability.
- Translate business goals into a concrete technical roadmap and make architectural decisions.
- Solve complex challenges involving Layer 1 performance and cross-chain communication protocols.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in high-performance, high-stakes environments.
- Hands-on mastery of Rust, TypeScript, Node.js, and Subgraphs.
- Experience building and scaling complex applications using Next.js and Cloudflare Workers.
- Experience shipping and securing production-grade smart contracts in Solidity with wagmi and Foundry or CosmWasm with cosmjs.
- Expert understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong blockchain knowledge, including nodes, consensus mechanisms, Web3 wallets, and dapp development.
- Mentorship experience with a track record of elevating peers' technical skills.
