SEO / AI Search Strategist
We’re looking for an experienced SEO & AI Search Strategist to help us increase our visibility across AI search platforms, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Our focus is simple: more qualified leads and prospects, not vanity traffic.
You’ll work closely with our sales team to turn organic and AI search into a new acquisition channel, helping us reach the right prospects and convert that visibility into measurable business results.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize our website and content for visibility across AI search engines and traditional search.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, audits, and growth roadmaps.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, search-intent, and content research to identify high-value opportunities.
- Build content strategies, including topic clusters, content briefs, and optimization frameworks aligned with buying intent.
- Research how AI search engines discover, understand, rank, and cite brands and content.
Identify opportunities for digital PR, third-party mentions, and authority building.
- Connect search performance with business outcomes and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with sales to understand ICPs, buyer questions, objections, and opportunities, and translate those insights into search strategy.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally working across multiple clients or websites.
- Practical experience with AI SEO / LLM optimization, preferably within a tech or digital agency serving US or EU markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset.
- Confident written and spoken English (B2+).
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move from strategy to execution
