Summary
Regulatory filing analyst preparing and submitting P&C insurance forms, rules, and loss-cost filings through SERFF and FilingRamp, coordinating objections and approvals with state insurance departments across multiple lines of business and jurisdictions.
In this position, you will have responsibility for regulatory filings for multiple lines of business across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for preparation, submission and coordination of forms, rules and loss cost filings and related objections through SERFF, FilingRamp and e-mail. The role also involves monitoring objections and regulatory correspondence; and partnering with internal stakeholders and insurance department contacts to help ensure timely approvals and implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, knowledge of the P&C marketplace, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
