Service Catalog Manager
Job Description
The Service Catalog Manager will develop, document, and maintain the Service Catalog, ensuring all service descriptions, SLOs, and pricing (if applicable) are up to date and accurate. This person will work with technical and business teams to add new services and update existing ones in the catalog as the Client System evolves. The Service Catalog Manager will oversee the service catalog's operational content, including the creation and maintenance of service level agreements, operational level agreements, and user-facing documentation. They will coordinate lifecycle updates within the catalog, support catalog management tools, and help ensure that the catalog aligns with both user and program needs. Additionally, the Service Catalog Manager will promote catalog awareness alongside the communications team and remain informed about catalog management and ITSM best practices.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of additional equivalent experience)
- Minimum 4 years of experience maintaining IT service catalogs in enterprise settings
- Skilled in documenting service offerings, updating catalog content, and supporting catalog management tools
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
