Role Description:

As a Service Delivery and Provisioning Program Manager, you will drive the mission-critical transition from a signed contract to a live network service. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of circuit implementation, cross-connect execution, and capacity activation across complex network delivery initiatives.

In this role, you serve as a key technical liaison between the Acquisition team and Network Operations. You will be responsible for driving down "Mean Time to Deliver," ensuring infrastructure partners meet their commitments, and optimizing provisioning workflows for scale. You will act as a primary point of contact for resolving delivery roadblocks and work cross-functionally with Network Engineering, Supply Chain, and external Carriers to ensure a seamless hand-off to the live network.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provisioning Collaboration: Perform end-to-end technical provisioning and execution, driving process improvements and high operational standards across all assigned projects.
  • Drive Service Delivery: Track and manage end-to-end delivery of Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, and IP Transit services, ensuring all key carrier milestones are met on schedule.
  • Ensure Accurate Activation: Coordinate physical and logical activation activities while maintaining complete accuracy in network inventory, port allocation, and asset tracking.
  • Vendor Tracking: Monitor carriers and vendor performance against contractual timelines, escalating delivery delays and identifying vendor risks early.
  • Optimize Workflows: Identify efficiency bottlenecks in the Order-to-Service pipeline, assist in implementing automation, and support tooling enhancements for network management.

At a minimum we’d like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in network service delivery, telecommunications operations, or technical program management.
  • Experience managing the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., Dark Fiber IRUs, high-capacity transport, or data center builds).

It’s preferred if you have:

  • Deep technical understanding of the physical and logical layers of networking, including fiber characterization, optical transceivers, and cross-connect architecture.
  • Experience working at a major ISP or Tier 1/2 Carrier in a provisioning or service delivery capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and identify systemic project risks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of unblocking stalled projects through vendor account management.
  • Experience with Network Inventory Management systems and Salesforce-based order management workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
