Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager
to lead our field service team in the Netherlands and ensure the high-quality delivery of maintenance, upgrades, installations and troubleshooting services for our customers.
In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10–12 Service Engineers and play a key role in developing people, improving service delivery and supporting customer satisfaction. You will report to the Customer Service Operations Director France & Benelux and work closely with customers, planners, account managers and technical specialists.
What you will do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10–12 Field Service Engineers
- Support competence development and ensure resource readiness for current and future customer needs
- Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality standards
- Drive customer satisfaction through strong service performance and issue resolution
- Support engineers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with customers and account teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with planning functions to optimize resource utilization and service delivery
- Drive employee engagement, performance and operational excellence
- Monitor departmental performance, utilization and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements and HR processes
We believe you have
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in food processing, packaging or related industries is an advantage
- Proven experience in service operations, field service management or technical customer support
- Experience leading and developing teams, including remote employees
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and automation systems
- 50% willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands
