- Experience: 8–12+ years in ServiceNow, with strong experience in solution architecture.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, design, integrations, technical governance, and implementation strategy.
- Strong expertise across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
