We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, helping customers enhance software compliance, asset visibility, procurement governance, and lifecycle management.
As a ServiceNow ITAM Architect, you will serve as the technical authority for IT Asset Management solutions, working closely with customers, project teams, and stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices. You will provide strategic guidance across Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Procurement, and Contract Management while supporting pre-sales initiatives and driving successful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow ITAM solutions across Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Procurement, and Contract Management.
- Defining architecture standards, integration strategies, and platform governance to support enterprise asset lifecycle management.
- Leading customer workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory engagements.
- Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of integrations, data management, CMDB alignment, and platform best practices.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring consultants and developers, and contributing to capability development within the ITAM practice.
- Supporting presales activities including solution design, project scoping, effort estimation, and customer proposal development.
