ServiceNow Principal / Lead Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join us as an external technical consultant supporting our hiring process.
This is not a development role. We are looking for a senior-level ServiceNow expert who can evaluate candidates, conduct technical interviews, and provide expert recommendations for hiring decisions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical interviews for ServiceNow professionals
Assess candidates' technical and architectural expertise
Provide structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations
Consult on role requirements and candidate profiles
Participate in discussions regarding competencies and evaluation criteria
Share expert insights on ServiceNow technologies, architecture, and best practices
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in IT
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with ServiceNow
Experience working as a Senior, Lead, Principal, or Architect-level specialist
Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates
Ability to assess both technical skills and overall candidate fit
Experience communicating with clients, stakeholders, and business teams
Strong English communication skills
Nice to Have:
Principal Architect experience
Enterprise Architecture background
ServiceNow Practice Lead or Competency Lead experience
Consulting and advisory experience
Pre-sales involvement
Mentoring and leadership experience
